Yes, the funniest part of this is that YouTube is telling TechCrunch to cease & desist. Not that is funny in itself, but as Mike pointed out near the end of his article, it’s the irony of the whole thing!
YouTube - the place that has every Motley Crue video ever made. YouTube - Where you could string together content and watch every Kingofthehill (yes, St. Louis, MO late 1980’s band; hard to find stuff by them!)video. The place where I can sit and watch for hours every 1980’s - 1990’s band that ever made a video - all for FREE mind you.
Technically Speaking, I need a category for funny ironic moments in Web 2.0 history or something. Hang on to that letter, that might be in the smithsonian one day as funny ironic things that companies have said to each other!

FUCK YOUTUBE AND GOOGLE.
Tell them u will release the source code and there will 1000’s of flavors of ur product. Possession is 9/10’s of the law. My shotgun is the other 10 percent.
