Powerset, Conduit, Fox Interactive’s SpringWidgets (beta)

Powerset raised $12.5 million going after the holy grail in search. Looks like they are working on something that even Google can’t do.
Conduit is a new toolbar program for web site owners.
Basically it will leave your web site prominently displayed at the top of every users browser. The company estimates nearly 10 million users by 2nd quarter of next year without doing anything.
Fox Interactive Media will announce on Monday morning a new widget platform called SpringWidgets at the Widgets Live Conference in San Francisco.
Technically Speaking - I said it early this morning already, but I “predict” that 2nd quarter next year this blog (yes, - Technically Speaking) will have nearly 100 million “reaches” as Alexa puts it, and I’ll be hosting the Rex Dixon Live Conference in San Diego, CA .. hmmm.. either that or I will have to take political office somewhere due to the success of tomorrow’s write in Rex Dixon vote!
