Verizon reported some mixed earnings, but I think the company is definately on an upswing with the whole FiOS technology. Analysts expected Verizon to add about 130,000 FiOS customers, the company added about 147,000 in the third quarter.
Technically Speaking, Rex Dixon is looking for a new cell provider, and Verizon is in the running to get Rex’s business; actually — A FREE PDA phone or a FREE LG Vcast phone from a Verizon rep would swing the business in their court for sure!

Here is a nice blog post by Mr. Business Golf with his take on the whole MySpace world. I tend to agree with allot of his points, but they (MySpace) are so far making more money and getting more deals such as the FOX-TV one.
TalkPlus just raised $5.5 million for this VOIP 2.0 that Om is talking about. More money.
Adobe is now trying to keep alive in this new Web 2.0 world we live in. I have always liked Adobe. They make good software in my opinion.
Technically Speaking, if you are making tater tots (bag, frozen; found in the frozen section of most grocery stores!) in the oven; 425 degrees does NOT cook them in 14-16 minutes! Yes, the bag does says that. You need 45 minutes to 1 hour at that temperature.

Business Jive is a great podcast, or I should actually say - has some great podcasts! You can check out further podcasts at their clickcaster podcast site which I am guessing now is their prelaunch site
. I had time to actually check out the Robert Scoble podcast; a bit of it. You should also check out some of the other ones found on the old site.
Technically Speaking, just go check it out as I have to get a move on, but I was glad to be able to listen in on some good interviews of some movers and shakers in SV this morning.
